• When ordering any item, a 70% deposit will be required.
• We will NOT design or print anything without payment/ Design fee.
• Design takes 3 - 5 working days after proof of payment.
• Your order will have 21 - 30 working day waiting period after print run. (4 to 6 weeks)
• We have a print run every Thursday/ Friday. If you miss the print run of the week your print run will be added to the following week.
• Please note that colours may vary from digital to print.
• All our products are printed with hypoallergenic ink.
• All our items are made with 100% polyester materials
• We will not print anything without approval.
• Please double check spelling and artwork before we print, we will not take liability for any spelling mistakes etc after design approval.
• We will draw up a design to your original idea, if you change your mind a design Fee of R250.00 will apply.
if a client requires us to buy any art work for their designs client will be liable for the cost of the artwork.
• NB!! Please note that we will not copy any other company's designs, there is a lot of time and effort and sleepless nights that goes into these designs. Therefore, we have a lot of respect for everyone in this type of industry. We will how ever come up with a Brand-new design to make your baby's room unique and special!
• If a client decides to change a design after approval the client will be held liable for a design and print fee.
• Orders are completed according to an order number once payment is received, we will add your order to the queue, we do provide you with a due date on your baby bedding to help you plan around receiving your parcel
• No urgent or Rush orders will get priority or be accepted, please plan ahead for baby showers etc. If your order is for a baby shower, please do inform us with the date so that we can first confirm if we are able to assist you.
• If you want us to squeeze in your order in front of other orders a penalty fee will apply.
• No orders will be couriered without the outstanding balance being paid.
• If your order is ready for courier, you have 48 hours to make final payment or order will be forfeited and resold. Deposit not refundable!
• Once package is handed over to courier we will send you a tracking number, it’s your responsibility to follow up with courier guy to track and trace your parcel. Courier does not form part of our waiting period of 21 to 30 working days.
• Courier fees are not included in our prices.
• Courier takes 1 to 4 working days depending on the location. Waybills are generated once the courier collected the items
• Clients are more than welcome to book their own courier once they are informed that their order is done.
• We do NOT take any responsibility for packaging being damaged by courier services. If a parcel is damaged or stolen once handed over to courier services it’s the client’s responsibility to make contact with the courier services regarding the issues
